Three recent polls published on Sunday show a close race in Florida between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump.
Trump has a 4-point lead over Clinton in Florida according a joint poll conducted by The New York Times and Siena College between October 25th and 27th. Asked to choose between four candidates including Gary Johnson and Jill Stein, 46% of poll respondents said they would vote for Trump and 42% said they would vote for Clinton if the election were held on the day of their interview. The party identification of the poll’s respondents showed a Republican advantage of 2 points, with 34% of those polled identifying as Republicans and 32% identifying as Democrats. 31% identified as independents or other. The poll’s gender composition was 54% female and 46% male.
