NYPOST by John Crudele --
Dear John: I saw your columns about jump-starting the economy.
Since you occasionally talk to President-elect Donald Trump, I thought I would run an idea by you.
The US owns around 900,000 office buildings, warehouses,
courthouses and other structures. President Obama talked about trying to
sell some of them, but the process is so complicated the government has
hardly sold anything, and the few things I have read about being sold
are all in the greater DC area.
Why not just turn a lot of this commercial property over to the states?
